Question I need HELP! I have a problem with my pc, it shows very high cpu(ms) and gpu(ms) it results fps drops to even 2 fps

Hello i have a problem with fps issu in my pc, my graphic card and cpu ms shows very high values. Result of this high values is a lot of drops in games, you can see at picture from ac odyssey where this values near 500.

GPU: RTX 2070 windoforce 2x gigabyte
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: 16GB 3200 MHz
Disk: 1TB M2
CPU cooling: Fera 3

Which power supply model/PSU are you using for the RTX 2070 rig ?
