Question I started to have low fps

At the beginning of this week I started to have low fps. I already formatted my pc 2x and nothing. I used to have 50-90 fps on the csgo low 720p but now I have 10-30 fps. The cpu and gpu are at normal temperatures.
It affects all games like CSGO, Valorant, Minecraft, Overwatch...

Specs: CPU - Amd Athlon 300u / GPU (integrated) - Vega3 / Ram - 2x4GB 2400.
