Question I think I screwed up HELP! Gpu fan 100% and won't boot.

So I ordered a rtx 2060 super and a ryzen 5 3600
The 2060 came first and I installed that and my PC worked fine. 2 days later the cpu came I installed it I try to boot up. First thing that happens is my gpu fan starts to go at 100% and there is no signal from it to the monitor. What I think is happening is that my bios isn't updated to support the 3600 cpu but I want to make sure it's the case before I do anything.
Important specs: gigabyte GA-AB350 Mobo bought in 2017 never updated.
Old cpu: ryzen 5 1400
PSU: 450w bronze

If this is your motherboard....this is saying it doesn't support that CPU.
All I could find was specs for a GA-AB350 "GAMING 3".
