Question I want to overclock my GT 1030

So, basically I got scammed by a company. They gave false information about the GPU, instead of writing that it's a DDR4 they wrote that it's a GDDR5.
Bought it and used it, it was better than my GT 730 but recently noticed that it's DDR4, so I got scammed.
Two weeks have passed and I don't know if I can go back with it. Anyway, is there any way I can overclock it to reach the performance of the GDDR5? It's a 15-20 FPS difference.

Don't push the graphic card to its limit because gtx 1030 is a beginner's gpu.

Nope, GDDR5 version performs 50-100% better, no way you're even getting close to much extra performance through overclocking.
