[SOLVED] I was looking to buy a pre-built PC to play Cyberpunk and most new games. Which do you recommend?

So I was looking at two pre-built PCs online. And I was wondering which one you guys think is better for playing modern games at 1440p and 4k Ultra settings. I like playing games like Overwatch, all the new Tomb Raiders, Cyberpunk, Resident Evil Remakes, Battlefront 2, Squad. Games like that. I have a 3080 on order so that's the GPU I will put into one of them. Thank you

both builts shouldn´t work that stable with the 3080, the power supply is only a not recommended Thermaltake 80+ 650W

get the 10700k or if offered a 10800k
eventually the new AMD pendant
