100% this.If its strictly gaming, you should go for a GPU. And I will go for some 2nd hand gpu like rx 470 or rx570 for example.

Thank you can you answer me this please https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/is-it-worth-upgrading-from-gtx-1050-to-rx-570.3554607/ sorry for bad english100% this.
An RX 470 or 570 will be roughly 60% better than the GTX 1050 and is about as powerful a card as I'd pair with your CPU. You should see a significant increase in performance. On top of that you should be able to find them for a reasonable price. Alternatively you could look for a used GTX 1060 3GB, but missing that GB+ of VRAM (the 470/570 comes with a minimum of 4 GB) could hurt performance nowadays. Going older you could look for a GTX 970 or R9 290 or 390... but older means using a lot more power and running a hotter.
Got both of those psus..100% this.

What's the best used gfx card you can get for 100€ where you shop? Better than the GTX 1050? (I'm not familiar with European pricing)
The RX 580 would be the best choice with the GTX 1060 6GB a really, really close second. In fact, it beats the 580 in some games. At my place for 100euros you can get rx 570, gtx1060, rx 580, rx 480 depends on the seller, gb of vram etc.
