A computer is comprised of more than just the processor/APU. You will need to list your current system specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Inclusive of the make and model of the PSU. You also need to worry about buying DDR4 ram for the APU should you wish to migrate to the new Ryzen platform.

I bought my current system back in 2014(pre-built) and it has:
i5 3340s
an old mobo
8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
240gb ssd and a 1tb hdd
an rx 550 4gb (which im going to replace)
psu 300-350w

and im planning to go with
r3 2200g
8gb 3000mhz ddr4 ram
msi b450m pro m2 mobo
rx 550(replaced with an rx570 in a while)
same ssd and hdd
and a better psu
also, is my i5 going to bottleneck hard if a get an rx570?
