Question I'm getting mini freezes. Please help!

Hi guys! I've recently bought a few components for my desktop PC (new motherboard, CPU and RAM sticks) but I've experiencing some issues. Since I installed them I get mini freezes, generally while mid/high PC usage, I've tested a few things. I still can't find out which part is the problem. I'm starting to suspect from my GPU and my HHD.

I got two hard crashes while I was working with Adobe InDesign + Adobe Photoshop + Adobe Illustrator + Chrome. The crashes consisted on PC freezing + display glitching and freezing too. Plus, while I was playing some mid requirements games I got a few freezes too, they came more often while I was playing.
