[SOLVED] im looking into buying a prebuilt pc that is capable of streaming and gaming. my budget is 500

I am unable to build a pc myself and would like to buy one ideally under 500 to game and stream on. The most id be able to do is upgrade a graphics card.

I've done some research and have been looking at this pc.

The games im looking into playing are
minecraft
roblox
dangonronpa

Can I upgrade the gpu to a gt 1030 or a gt 740?

is this pc even capable of doing what i want it for?

Sorry, but that thing is the wrong place to start for "streaming and gaming".

SFF case means you are severely hampered in what GPU you can put in it, and the PSU is almost certainly not capable of running a good GPU.
It is an office system, not a game system.

for gaming AND streaming your gonna need about a MINIMUM of 1000$ budget. And thats for a BUDGET streaming/gaming pc.

If you could build yourself a pc,(I know op said they couldn't) you'll have to be eagle eyed to get the right cpu and psu before they sell out.
this is how I'd price it out right now, but if you're patient, you can nab a ryzen 1600 or 2600 for the same price as the 1200 listed, the 1200 is more of a place holder.
I'd also keep an eye out for a corsair cx450 for around $50 and then increase the ram to 2x8gb instead.
The case is going to be ugly no matter what at this budget.

Alternatively, you can pick up an optiplex MT like this, replace the psu with something like this, maybe get more ram from ebay, and get a gtx 1650 super. The 1650 super has nvenc, so streaming is offloaded from the cpu on to the gpu. The normal 1650 has an older more inefficient version of nvenc. Since the system only has 4 cores, you will have to do some fine tuning to stream adequately, but it'll manage if you don't go too high res.
In the end, you're pretty much still gonna have to build a pc,
