[SOLVED] I'm looking to build a new computer and I wanted advice where I can save money, below is a list of things I chose on newegg.

It seems to be a well balanced system. You could get faster RAM, cheaper. If you were looking to trim a few bucks you could move to a slower HDD, chose a different (slower) SSD, and go with a cheaper (not a Noctua) cooler. Not saying I would, just could.

Stick with the Noctua - little more expensive but worth the few $.

Would get a Gigabyte video card and motherboard over MSI all day. Would replace the 860 with a 970 NVMe (m.2). Would get the 3200 RAM and get a full modular Seasonic - 750W

Not overkill for those games - highest setting at what resolution? 2560x1440 vs 3840x2160 is quite a difference for a mid range GPU.
