Question Inaccessible boot drive BSOD.

since oct 27 (after a windows update, not sure if relevant) i've had the issue that my PC can only boot up if i reset CMOS and go through setup, otherwise it will just load on the windows widget until it BSODs with aforementioned error. what's the options i've got to fix this, in order of "severity"(?), i've ran the CMD scans and repair commands and such and no dice, my drives dont show any errors on crystaldisc, theyre both NVMEs though. when i do get it to boot after the reset theres still tonnes of glitches, programs not rendering as they should, games/programs can just freeze and randomly recover some time later, and several windows functions are delayed, like pressing the power option button on the systemtray takes 5 seconds to pop up.

is there a way i can fix this without formatting my PC and hoping that fixes it, or is it more likely than not that the MB or drive is dead/dying?

Is BIOS up to date ? x3D processors have own requirements. Windows ? Chipset and other drivers up to date?

theyre both NVMEs though.

Diagnose all storage drives.
For SSDs use SSD manufacturer specific SSD tool.

Are both drives KC3000 kingston ?
