1) Are integrated graphics worth it ?
2) Which one should I get ? AMD or Intel ?
3) Should I use stock cooler or get a better one?
4) Are there any heat issues?
5) Does performance drop after a long hours of gaming ?

Im not that knowledgeable in P.C.
I mainly play Dota 2 , Counter Strike 2 , and Valorant.

Will it be possible to get 80fps(average) in CS2

Thanks

Using IGPU forgaming doesn't neccesearly mean saving money.
AMD 8000G series CPUS have byfar best to date IGPU and should be coupled with at least 6000MHz RAM for best effect. Even that best means graphic performance of no more than Nvidia 1060 or AMD Rx460/6500. So graphics wise you'd be better off with "ordinary" CPU + Cheap GPU in order of Rx 6600(xt) or 3060 Nvdia. whose prices are at all time low and maybe even a second hand one.
On the other hand, building system with let's say 8600g would enable you to upgrade to soon (probably late next year) coming AMD APU processor for which is said to rival or exceed mid-upper GPUs like 4070. and CPU is good enough for any dedicated GPU.

Here are answers to your questions about integrated graphics for gaming:

  1. Are integrated graphics worth it?
Integrated graphics are typically not as powerful as dedicated GPUs but can handle light gaming. For games like Dota 2, Counter Strike 2, and Valorant, integrated graphics might suffice for low to medium settings, but performance will be limited for higher-end games.
  2. Which one should I get: AMD or Intel?
Both AMD and Intel offer decent integrated graphics. AMD's Ryzen processors with Radeon Vega integrated graphics tend to perform better in gaming than Intel's integrated options. If you’re focused on gaming, an AMD Ryzen APU (like Ryzen 5 3400G or Ryzen 5 5600G) might be a better choice.
  3. Should I use a stock cooler or get a better one?
For light gaming, the stock cooler should be sufficient. However, if you plan on gaming for extended hours or overclocking, a better aftermarket cooler will keep temperatures lower and ensure quieter operation.
  4. Are there any heat issues?
Integrated graphics usually don’t generate excessive heat, but if your CPU is under load for long periods, heat can become an issue. Adequate airflow in your case is essential to avoid overheating.
  5. Does performance drop after long hours of gaming?
Integrated graphics are more prone to thermal throttling after long gaming sessions because they share system resources and may get hot. A good cooler and case airflow can help mitigate this.
  6. Will it be possible to get 80fps (average) in CS2?
With integrated graphics, you may struggle to maintain 80 FPS in CS2, especially at higher settings. To achieve 80 FPS consistently, you may need to lower the graphics settings. For smooth gameplay, a dedicated GPU is recommended.

vs this which will have a lot better gaming performance. Newegg has free ram with CPU purchase on the 5700x and the 5700x3d.

If you are talking desktops. Simply put forth a budget and location and someone will put together a parts list that achieves your goal.

I can't recommend Vega based graphics. That is getting pretty old at this point. Vega 8 and Vega 11 are that rough GTX1050Ti/GTX1060, which itself is getting pretty outdated.

As an example, the Steamdeck uses RDNA 2 graphics, which is only a little bit behind the current discrete offerings from AMD.

The Ryzen 8000 desktop APUs have RDNA3.

Intel has some new processors with integrated Arc (Xe) graphics.
