Question Is 88% battery health good?

I recently bought a Samsung phone from a reputable phone refurbishing company on eBay and the phone came with the battery health at 88%. They accept returns and I was wondering if the battery health is too low or not?

How much is a new battery for the phone? You could ask the seller for a battery replacement if the phone is acceptable otherwise, or just buy and replace it yourself.

How old is the phone? If it's 2+ years, that is normal for that age of battery.
