Question Is my 2080ti underperforming? and if so how do i fix it?

Hi,
so i recently built my dream PC only to be nothing less then disappointed, games run okay but i am getting roughly 20-50fps less then the same builds in the same games
im playing cod mw at a average of 90-110fps in warzone and i also play rust and get around 80-100fps
I feel like i should be getting much better performance from such a expensive build, i am also questioning whether my card is one of the many faulty 2080ti's

(i am running a 2560x1440 @144hz monitor)
pc specs:
cpu-intel i9 -10900f
gpu-asus rog geforce rtx 2080Ti
ram-32gb ddr4 @ 3600mhz

Well from the results, it looks like your gpu is underperforming. What's the temperature and utilization of the gpu during the gaming?

1)You didn't disable G-sync/V-sync before running the benchmark.
2)You didn't enable XMP.

i enabled xmp and disbled g-sync in the g-force pannel but its still saying that i have it on when i benchmark it

Nvidia Control Panel > Set up G-sync: the box was unchecked.
Manage 3D Settings > Vertical sync: set to off?

yeah everything is brand new and fresh

Windows Search > Display > Graphics Settings. 'Optimize Games for Variable Refresh Rate' is set to off?

yeah just checked then it is off

Nvidia Control Panel isn't capping the fps, Windows isn't capping the fps... then what else is there?

Monitor software?
Asus 3rd party software?
IDK, I'm kinda stumped now...
