Question Is my msi b550 bios bricked

I was updating my bios deu to instablity in booting my device I downloaded the bios on a NFTS drive and Used M-Flash within the bios (mobo msi mpg b550 gaming plus) everything went good without anyproblem system started and restarted but the ez debug led was on for CPU so i shutdown from the power button (i did this alot during the fixing like 23 time in 4 hours) so and started again same led was on tried to flash the bios on fat32 drive and pc booted normally to windows but no mouse or keyboard was working I flashed different versions of the bios (the old one i was using and the latest) and yeah same Cpu led and no signal but lights and fans were on i reseated and cleaned the cpu and socket same thing again i tried cmos reset same thing i tried unpluging the 24 pins and cpu cable now the mobo wont even turn on at all psu is good an tested but mobo wont turn on i tried bios flash it worked and gave a signal but still after it power button is doing nothin so is this a bricked mobo or there is a fix and please i need any help

Did you clear the CMOS, by disconnecting from the wall and display, then removing the CMOS battery from the board, holding the power button down for 30 seconds and then replacing the CMOS battery after 30 mins?

You might want to follow through steps outlined in your motherboard's manual;
page 33, under the Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button

psu is good an tested

How did you come to this conclusion? How old is the PSU?

How did you come to this conclusion? How old is the PSU?
I did so twice i even tried booting without the CMOS battery but after repluging the 24 pin (power supply buttom was on but not pluged to power) the pc wont even turn on right now no lights nothing at all at
