Question Is Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB PCIe NVMe M.2 better than Samsung 980 500GB SSD read and write performance wise?

I want to purchase 500 GB SSD for my laptop. I have 2 options which supports to my laptop are as:

Please suggest me which one is the best performance wise (read and write speed)?
Samsung 970 EVO Plus, hands down. 980 only if Pro. Its not all bout speed but chips in them. It also lacks cache so not all suitable for OS.
