You may need to clean the paste of the GPU and place new paste because sinice you taken it of the gpu paste might of dried up also dust needs cleaning! But maybe you should edit your thread and say what you think might be wrong with it!

PC won't start when I plug it in. I bought a new one and my machine works great. That's the only thing I know, other than that I couldn't see any physical problems so I took it apart, but I don't know what I'm looking at.
