Question is there a direct connector from PSU 5 pin to fan controller 4 pin?

So basically my case fan controller needs to be plugged into the psu, but the connector for the fan controller is a 4 pin molex to a little 4 pin fan looking connector.
My PSU (Cooler Master V750 Gold V1 --non modular--) doesn't have that, it instead has these 5 pin hdd sata connectors --see top row 5 pins--

now the fan controller as i said has a 4 pin molex to a 4 pin fan connector (the little red connector in the controller)

Now do i get an adapter from 5 Pin PSU to 4 Pin Molex and plug the 4 pin molex (male and female) into that or do i get a 6 pin female pcie to 4 pin molex adapter?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You should avoid looking at adapters for PSU harnesses since they are usually the source of all melted connectors or even fires.

You might want to take pictures of your devices/PSU connectors/harnesses and then host them on a site like Imgur and then pass on a link here for us to see. You're confused with what goes where and as such we should know what you have to work with, instead of giving us images off the www that is close match(but not the real thing).

Thumb rule with PSU's and their connectors, if you don't have the connectors for your build/devices then;
a| you have the wrong PSU for the build
or
b| you have the wrong devices for your PSU

Make and model of your case? FYI, fans that operate with that sort of a fan controller are usually horrible in build quality and airflow.

OP, that IS a MODULAR PSU. I came with a selection of cables you must use to plug into the PSU's sockets and provide CABLES with CONNECTORS on them for various devices. These systems are NOT standardized, so you MUST use the cables provided with the PSU. Do NOT attempt to use "adapters".

The particular cable type you need is the one used to plug into one of the PSU's "5P / SATA" sockets. That cable should have both wide SATA output connectors and 4-pin female Molex connectors. It MAY have one or two other odder ones.

IF the cables you have do not have ANY Molex outputs, you need an adapter like this

https://www.amazon.com/Power-Cable-...36963231&sprefix=SATA+to+Molex,aps,124&sr=8-3

That's a 3-pack. NOTE that it plugs into a SATA output connector on the PSU'c cable (and NOT directly into a PSU socket!) to provide a female (with holes) 4-pin Molex output for your Controller cord.
