Question Is there a way to make screen colour temperature cooler?

I see plenty of software out there that'll make the colours on your screen warmer, but can't find any that make it cooler (beyond 6500K). Is there any software out there that can do this? [I have an NVIDIA card so I can't go to radeon settings or anything]

How about checking hardware colour temp settings on the monitor itself (monitor setup menu) using the monitor buttons?

I use a laptop. [Lenovo Legion Y540] So unfortunately I can't really fiddle around with those settings.
