Is this a good case for HTPC

Rather than toss my current mid-tower, I thought I'd put move the innards into a new case like this:

Is this a good case?

The system will be a quadcore Q9400, Dell motherboard with built on GPU (or possibly GTX 240). One hard drive, one DVD-ROM. Already have an Antec 350 W PSU, which might be better than the one in this case.

Its looks alright to me. I just mod'ed an old dvd/vcr to put mine in. Nobody gives it a second glance. LoL

That must have been some project! Was it an oversized VCR? How did you ground the mobo?
