[SOLVED] Is this monitor too good to be true??

So I found this acer monitor that just looks waaaaay too goodto be true for its price.
It's the Acer Nitro VG240YPbiip, and if you look at that link below, you can see that it states that it's:


FullHD,IPS,144Hz,1ms all for 200$????
What's the catch? It says 1ms VRB which I looked up, means it has a feature that kinda makes it 1ms but it isnt really 1ms? is that bad? Does anyone have this monitor? Might it be just bad quality and have issues like... It just looks too good for that much money. It fits all my needs, (1080p 144hz, low ms, and I wanted an IPS for good contrast and colors..) Opinions?
Also, if the VRB option makes the display somehow bad, can it be turned off to just make it a normal 4ms IPS? if yes, does that 1-4ms make a noticeable difference? Ty!

Its not too good to be true 1080p 144hz monitors are usually around price these days linus did a video the other day showing 3 144hz 1080p monitors from $150-$175
