It will be good for that setup but I think you should go with something a little better quality. It's easy to cheap out on PSU because they all seem generally the same but in the long run you would be better off investing in a brand like Seasonic, which has a great reputation for performance and quality. Cheaping out on your PSU is an easy way to fry some important parts on your computer.
