its ok i have molex plugs on my psu

i have a connector stuck to my molex and i need to get it of so i can use it when i change psu.

Use a hair dryer to warm the connector to see if that helps loosen it.

oh ok i will tomorrow if i get any more issues i will try use tools like pliers

If that is a SATA to Molex adapter (unless glued on), it should just pop off.

If you are switching PSUs, the new one should have Molex connectors. Most still do.

well the thing is it is not a normal molex plug so i have to have an adapter because my spare molex wont plug into it

it attaches to my case fan power plug thing but i took it out for the photo idk if it is glued becasue i have bad memory so idk how i dont the cabeling

Sometimes the pins on Molex connectors don't line up well. You can nudge them into position.

If you can remove, and don't have another available Molex connector, then get another adapter.

I have got it out now and it looks all fine I will test it later
