[SOLVED] Is this setup compatible with the rtx 2060

Wanted to ask if my setup is compatible with the RTX 2060 Super 8GB Windforce OC. And could someone please explain what these things stand for and what to look for. AMD or NVIDIA?

BenQ XL2411 144hz DVI 1920x1080
Im gonna replace that with Alienware AW2518H 24.5" Monitor
As my current monitor doesnt have Displayport and with a converter I dont get the 144hz.

Internal PSU components are not quality parts. A low quality PSU can die and take your system with it.
