I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. Right after I noticed several issues while gaming. The Witcher 3 performs much worse 10-15 FPS less. Furthermore, I can't change the resolution in Rainbow Six Siege anymore (the only option is 1280 x 720). TW: Warhammer 2 crashes on start.

Every single game I try seems to have some sort of issue and because they are all different, I can't tell what the problem is. I don't want to go back to Windows 7 because I eventually have to switch to 10. I tried the AMD Driver Swiper and made a fresh install of my GPU drivers but that didn't change anything. Has anyone had similar problems after transitioning to Windows 10?

Edit: While I do realize that my GPU/CPU (HD7970 ghz ed.; AMD 8320) are outdated, I can still enjoy the games I like and don't see the necessity to upgrade. I did not have similar issues on Windows 7.

Solution
Assuming the Win 10 is valid and Activated, do a full wipe and reinstall of 10.

Often, the upgrade process leaves a system in a less than optimal condition.
