Just curious on the preformance differences

I am considering building a new system and wondered at the preformance difference that it would offer over my current rig. My current pc was a significant upgrade from my previous system and I wondered if a new system would be as big of a difference.

(Current system)
P4 2.2 Ghz
756 mb pc 2100 Ram
ATI 9250 125mb GPU
30gb 7200rpm HD


(Looking to build)
AMD 955BE
4Gig Ram
ATI 4870 or 4850
F3 HD
