[SOLVED] Looking for a decent 24-27 inch (possibly curved) monitor, need recommendations

I am thinking of purchasing a monitor (not very expensive if possible, up to 350-400$ budget right now), I would want to use it for gaming, watching movies and for the moment that's pretty much it. If you have any suggestions, please comment.
My current pc that I want to use the monitor for is as follows
Motherboard ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 9
CPU i9-9900K
Case Corsair Obsidian 500D
PSU Seasonic PRIME SSR-850GD-AT
CPU Cooler Corsair H115i Pro RGB 280mm

Can you say something more than just "don't buy samsung" ? I am interested in Samsung UR59C 4K Curved Monitor reviewed by Tom's hardware here. It is not expensive. I would be really interested in what is so bad about samsungs?

4k is pointless at 27" or less. Especially since it's going to limit the refresh rate. Look at a 1440p 144Hz monitor. A 2080Ti will shred games at that resolution.
