Question Looking to change parts. Need suggestions for best and budget parts. (Details below).

So few weeks ago my PC started randomly restarting. I tried formatting but didn't work. Turns out the 4 pin connector on the psu burned out leaving the plastic covering all melted and inner metal all black. Also the port on my motherboard is also blackened.
So I have to change the psu and motherboard both. I am thinking to check and change the psu first.

My config:-----
Amd Fx8350
Kingston hyperX fury 8gb 1866mhz ddr3
Nvidia Geforce GTX 750ti 2gb
Cooler master Hyper TX3 EVO
Kingston v300 120GB SSD
WD 1TB HHD
Samsung DVD-RW
Corsair VS650 (Current want to change)
Gigabyte 970A-DS3P (might change so suggestions please)

Its been 4 years since ive been using this rig.
I have an over all budget of 12000 INR or roughly 172 USD.
Well let me know if u guys need any more info. Thank you for your help.

(p.s.- Im still learning all about hardware. So please let me know if i gave any wrong or misguided info to u guys.)

GA-990XA-UD3 is still serving me well with same processor.
