Question Lost In Internet connection every minute

Hi everyone,
I have recently realised that when I surf on the internet or whatever I do in computer, it reconnects again again. So I have checked event viewer to see whats going on. Simultaneously I have looked exact time and event that happen and I have found correlation. The problem is the following event and I have no idea to fix it. I just have some basic things such as replace cable, disable/enable network adaptor etc. I really need help from you guys, thanks in advance. I hope I dont reveal something private

Did you reboot the modem and router? Test with another system? Contact your ISP to have them check your connection? The event log does not have anything to do with the connection loss, it's some site that used saved logon info.
