I need some help. Recently looked at HWinfo voltage readings and the 12v readings were very bad, 12v on the motherboard normally is 12.4v but under load it drops to 11.5v. On the GPU side it's even worse. The minimum voltage on the 8pin cable drops to 11.2v under load but normally is 12.4v. The PSU is Kolink Core 600w, my GPU is 3060 Ti and the CPU is Ryzen 5 5500. I don't think under load power consumption will go above 300w.
I recently looked at PSUs and I think about buying Seasonic G12 650w Gold.
What do you recommend guys?

Three things:

1) Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

2) Read the following review:

Not with the immediate intent to go out a buy a new PSU. Objectives being to get a sense of what must be considered with respect to a PSU and to also apply the listed calculators to your build.

3) Test the PSU. You need to have a multi-meter and know how to use it. Or know someone who does.

With the 12 v dropping underload I suspect that that PSU is beginning to falter and fail.

May be nearing or at its' designed in EOL (End of Life).

It was indeed the PSU. I got MSI MAG 650BN. Now it doesn't drop bellow 11.850v
