Question low gpu usage, low fps +drops fortnite

r7 5800x + AIO
rx 6900xt sapphire nitro+
1000w corsair rm
32gb 3200mhz
x570 msi gaming edge wifi
2x monitors à 2560x1440 144h


I get low 10-90fps in fortnite and drops every second

low Settings
performance mode 12-90fps + drops
dx12 2-120fps + drops + matchmaking doesnt work
dx11 10-144fps + drops

high settings same but with even less fps

How can this be possible every other gam works perfectly, i run cyberpunk no RT at max settings with 80-100fps in 2560x1440

Ive reinstalled my pc, reinstalled fortnite, updated all my drivers how do i get so low fps and drops its not that I play fortnite but when u spend 1.5k for a graphics card (i bought it a while ago) just have never tested fortnite before. You want to be able to play everything with good frames.

The problem i see is that the usage of the gpu is very low when i play fortnite it doesnt clock over 500mhz and usage is around 10-30% and i dont know why

What can i do to fix that it uses all the gpu power

I don't play fortnite, so I do not know the settings. If in advanced settings if there is a setting that asks for core usage amount, try 23 instead of 24 if that is a choice. Of course the old troubleshooting settings of win 10 ,windows game mode off. If you are using win 11 see my settings recommendations below.
