[SOLVED] Massive difference between Xbox and Speedtest results and my actual download speeds

Hey guys,

I'm having a bit of trouble with download speeds on my new PC. I use a powerline adapter and switch it from my PC to my Xbox depending on what I'm using at the time. But, when I download a game on my Xbox I get speeds of 20mbs+ and usually into the 30s and 40s. However, when I use the same exact lead my PC I download at 2-4mbs despite getting similar results on a speedtest to what I see on my Xbox.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Its 2-4 MB/s and the speedtest is showing 28mbps

That's correct. 28mbps = 3.5MB/s
