My problem is pretty simple, the cpu cooler is 158mm's whilst the cases cooler clearance is 159mm's. Now theoretically it should fit but I can't figure out if the brass (?) screws on top will affect it or not. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

I would think it won't fit...the height of the motherboard and the thickness of the case side panel are just too close to call.

The only way to know for sure is to try it but if you're buying these components new I would look for a case with better clearance.

Yeah, I think I won't be getting a tower cooler since it doesn't fit. As for changing the case, I like the movability so I'll pass on that. Thanks for the help.

Depending on your components, you could have thermal issues; that chassis does not have great airflow. You're going to have to make up for that somehow if you don't wish to swap.
I know, I plan on opening some breathing holes on the front acrylic.

Update: I found a video with two of them together so it definitely fits, I'll close the thread asap.
