Micron, What is it???

I was looking at NewEgg for a new processor. I was looking at A64 socket 939. And I noticed that they had different numbers under process, or micron, such as: <font color=blue> 0.13um, 0.18um 0.25um, 90nm and 130nm </font color=blue>. Can any one help out and tell me the the difference?

The obvious smaller die sizes resulting from the 90 nanometer production process (about 40% smaller compared to the current 130 process) also allow for reduced CPU power comsumption, as well as improved production yields for the CPU themselves during manufacturing

I believe this relates to the size of the semi-conductor circutry; gate structures.
