Question Mobo/CPU screeching sounds

Hello! I did recently just move my build to a H500 Master Case and since then I get weird screech noises coming from the Mobo Cpu area. They are really loud when gaming and lightly audible when the PC is in idle. I took out all the fans and moving parts and the sound still persists in idle. Any ideas what it could be coming from?

Can it be the mobo’s vrm? I tried using another gpu and the sound is still there but of lesser intensity.
