Basically I shelled out my old computer that worked before, I make sure everything is plugged in correctly. Front panel connectors were good, tried screw driver method to short panel but didn't work. I tried another computer case didn't work, tried another power supply didn't work.
Also motherboard isn't broken since I tried 2 other motherboards in the same case and whole different setups, so I'm confused on what to do.
