Since updating my Display Device. Radeon has robbed me of my monitor's audio as nothing is listed on playback except for Realtek HDMI Output and 'unplugged' Speakers.

I do receive sound from my headphones but hey, I paid good money on a monitor with speakers, for a reason.

So far what I'd tried to do to solve the issue:

  • Show/ticked disable devices in playback.
  • Show/ticked disconnected devices in playback.
  • Uninstalled and Updated - Display Driver (Downloaded driver from Radeon Website).
  • Uninstalled and installed old Radeon driver, basically rollbacked (Installed from Asus MB Disk).
  • Uninstalled and Updated - Sound driver (downloaded from Realtek website).
  • Uninstalled and Updated - Sound driver (Asus Motherboard Disk installation).
  • Another solution is to disable Hype V under "turn windows features on or off" but there was no Hyper V listed for me to disable.
  • Try to disable Hyper V through command prompt but said nothing listed/recognized as Hyper V.
  • In BiOS changed Spdif output from SPDIF to HDMI.
  • Restart Window Audio under services.
  • Swapped, Tested and Tighten loose cable.
But still no monitor in playback.

The Specs of my PC:
GPU - Radeon RX 580
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor
8 Cores
RAM - 32 GB
Sound Card - Realtek HD audio
OS - Window 10
Monitor - LG HDR WFHD (connected to the PC's GPU via HDMI cable).

Please help me, It's driving me insane.
