Most current AGP 8x, PC 2700 mobo?!? Upgrade needed . . .

I want to be able to use ALL my old stuff (6800OC AGP, 1gig PC2700, 350watt Enermax etc.) and just get a mobo and cpu. What is the most current/best motherboard that supports agp 8x and PC2700 (333mhz ram). Was looking at an Asus A7N8X, but not sure if there is something newer . . .

I'm thinking it may be a socket 754/Athlon 64 3700+

Thanks in advance.

What's your budget?

Have you considered one of the many Asrock boards that are meant for transitioning from old to new technology? For example, this board will allow you to run a Core 2 Duo CPU, either DDR or DDR2, and either AGP or PCIe. So, you could use your old parts, then upgrade the RAM and video at your leisure. Keep in mind though that the PCIe slot is only 4x.
