So I got an ASRock h81m-hds and everything on it looks okay (No bent pins, etc..) but when I try to boot, it shows the windows logo for about 30 secs and the whole pc shuts down after. When I try to go to BIOS, it works but will inevitably freeze and become non-responsive after about 30 secs as well. I've tried resetting the CMOS. The thing is everything works fine when I used the same hardware on my Asus h81m-a. Is there a solution for this or is the motherboard really broken?

freezing in bios is mostly related to unstable RAM
try to disable XMP or test each ram stick individualy
I've tried around 6 different ram sticks and none of them worked. All of the rams worked when i plugged them into my Asus h81m-a afterwards and it boots just fine
