My computer downloaded Personal Security during a scan. Now I cant get it off. Its slowing everything down. My icons on my desktop are gone and I cant acces my control panel and stuff like that. Please can someone help me?????

yea thats malware go buy norton 360 its great program and it will get rid of that crap and you will be all good you might need to do it in safe mode though

Are you 100% sure those two problems are connected? When did the icons exactly fade away after the scan?
