Question My GPU Clock frequency is at maximum in some games and at minimum in others.

Hi. My problem is that my GPU Clock Frequency is at maximum (1366mhz) in some games, and at minimum (300mhz) in others. I need my GPU to use the frequencies I need when I really need them, not to use the maximum unnecessarily

I've never had this problem before. I always take care of the temperature of my GPU and CPU. I've never overclocked my GPU.

My PC is:
-XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition 8GB
-Ryzen 5 2600 6 core 12 thread
-Corsair Vengeance 2x8 3000mhz (Dual Channel)
-Seasonic A12 600W

Things i did:
- "sfc /scannow"
- Reinstalled AMD drivers with DDU (Display Driver Unninstaller)
- I installed an older AMD version
- Windows Factory Reset
- Windows and AMD Drivers are up to date
- No virus or another type of virus
- Changed energy plan.

and what the cpu/ram/ssd usage when the gpu usage drop?

1366mhz in R6 Siege/Lethal Company and 300mhz in 4Nite. The frequency never go up or down.
