a friend of mine bought a rtx 2080 and got really got frames with his setup(amd ryzen 7 2700 16gb ram rtx 2080) so i bought a slighty newer card the rtx 2080 super thinking i could get a bit higher frames for entertainment purposes but i dont (my pc amd ryzen 7 1700 24gb ram 2080 super) on the games my friend gets around 160fps on max settings i get 60 on max settings (mostly rainbow six siege) and my gpu is running way hotter than his.

- is there any chance my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu? if so should i upgrade to a amd ryzen 7 1700x or maybe to a amd ryzen 7 2700x ( i want to stay with amd for streaming and money)
- is there any chance my power supply is good enough (600w) and i need to upgrade that?
- is there any chance my gpu might be broken and need to be send back?
- is it maybe my airflow in my pc? i have a sharkoon vg5-w with 1 outlet and 2 intake
