[SOLVED] My laptop is overheating,,,

Hello, I have a problem... since 3 month
My laptop is overheating when I playing any game
CPU reach 70:75
GPU reach 95!!
with 10 FPS !!!!
I am using a cooler
and in a normal status
CPU reach 40:45
GPU reach 40:45
I just repaste theCPU&GPU with Arctic Silver 5 and clean it...(since 24 hours) and also undervolting the CPU and GPU to -120V
My temp. in normal status after this :
CPU reach 38:45
GPU reach 50:55
IN GAMES:
CPU reach 60:65
GPU reach 90:92
with 30:40 FPS(not normal)......
My laptop is: Dell XPS 15 9550
BIOS: 1.10.0 (type: UEFI)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
Graphic card: Nvidia GTX960m 2GB
RAM: 16 GB( DDR4 )
DirectX Version: DirectX 12

Do the laptops fans get loud? Have you checked if the fan vents are clogged with lint?

No normal speed....and I cleaned all these parts

Are you playing it on a solid surface, like a table? Or on a soft surface like carpet or your lap? Also, in my opinion, 65°C is fine for a CPU, but 92°C GPU is a problem.
