Question My laptop is restricting it's vram access but I don't know why, help?

I'm trying to play the new MH Wilds game, but the graphics look like junk whether I am playing on low or the medium setting the benchmark said I would be good with. I should see 8.17 for my vram but instead this is what I get. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using a MSI Katana GF76 11UD
Intel UHD Graphics says Total Available Graphics Memory 8170 MB (8.17GB)
