[SOLVED] My pc keeps on frezing and making a weird noise buzzy sound and forcing me to hard reboot

My specs is,

Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Video Card
Radeon RX 5500 XT
RAM
G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 C16 2x16GB 32 GB
Power Supply
Gold 850 watt psu
Motherboard
ASUS-Z170-A
SSD
Samsung 970 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB


here's all I did -
I put my ram to xmp
I reset my pic
reset bios
replaced power supply
tried different outlet
uninstalled and reinstalled my amd drivers
make sure all my drivers are updated
did different bench mark test
tried doing everything on other formus
reaplyed thermal paste
check for any virus or malware
and i did all i could try idk what else to do

UserBenchmarks: Game 61%, Desk 98%, Work 53%
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K - 87.6%
GPU: AMD RX 5500-XT - 60.3%
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - 335.2%
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 C16 2x16GB - 103.5%
MBD: Asus Z170-A

Seems OP should reinstall Windows from scratch and then check out what happens after his fancy RGB anything driver installing.

Mentioned PSU seems one of "made godknowswhere hit and miss" ones. Good thing - it is not group regulated and from responses can keep with 650W continuous output without major issues.
