I was on my computer and my sister accidentally unplug it i went to turn it back on and it went to turn it on but it doesnt boot up anymore please help

i bought a new psu the fans are spinnng the lights are on but no post what is the problem

my pc wasn't turning on so I bought a new PSU not the fans are spinning the lights are on but no post there is a red light and a green light on my motherboard if that helps

it took out the ram sticks and put it back in thr red light went away now i have f1 to run setup
