Please keep it to 1 thread.
Problem started around 10 days ago. My PC had no issues before. That day my monitor screen go black then PC restarts 10-15 seconds later without any reason. My PC in on for 10-15 sec then it restarts. I used my friends GPU (Gigabyte GTX 1050 ti) using it doesn't have this particular problem. I used my GPU in Another friends PC and same issue. So its GPU right?

When I took it so service centre it didn't go off according to them... and so it seems. it happens so randomly I cant recreate it. The temps are also in control. 40-75 for CPU. 36-84 for GPU. from idle to stress test. also I stressed tested the h out of my PC still same problem. I have used different outlet in my room too. but not outside my room. used monitors one at a time also.

Things I have done:
1. changed my multiplug to belkin
2. rolled back driver
3. used different driver
4. installed driver without nvidia app
5. used different ssd
6. used different pc with higher PSU Watt
7. updated windows
8. changed ram
9. turned off XMP
8. used 1050ti instead (it doesnt need PSU connection)

MY PC specs are:
1. Asus TUF RTX 3070
2. Ryzen 7 5700x
3. G.skill 3600 mhz 16*2 ram
4. Xiaomi Redmi A27Q 27-inch 2K IPS Monitor
5. Acer EK220Q E3bi 21.5" 1ms 100Hz
6.
B450M AORUS ELITE
7.Corsair CX650F RGB 80 Plus Bronze 650 Watt

What is the problem?

If the GPU behaves the same way on another(donor) platform with the known working system powered by a reliably built PSU, then yes you can conclude that the culprit can be that device however the TDP of the RTX307 and the GTX1050Ti aren't the same. You're not comparing an apple to an apple. There's also the point about the RTX3070 having ahigh transient load spike;

so I'd guess the issue could be your PSU.

You might want to relocate to anotehr outlet in your abode(not just the room). The thing is if the problem isn't recreated at the service center/shop, then the only difference would be the wall outlet. On the other hand, the issue would've been recreatable at your friend's house. Which leads me to think what sort of a PSU did your friend have in his build and what did you do to recreate the issue at said friends house as well as the shop?

How old is the PSU in your build?
