My ripjaws 4gb ddr3 rated only 5.9 in WEI? whats wrong?

here is my system

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
AMD TRINITY A10-5800K
GIGABYTE GA-F2A75M-D3H
RIPJAWS-X 4GB 1600Mhz
SAPPHIRE HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 128BIT
GENERIC 600w PSU

**RUNNING IN DUAL GRAPHICS MODE(AMD RADEON HD 7660D + 6670 Dual Graphics)

my friend's pc has a 7.3 rating for his ram (we have exactly the same ram) while mine is only 5.9?! wtf?
how can i fix this? please..

The memory appears to be installed in single channel mode. Make sure the modules are inserted in the correct slots. They should be in the same color slots furthest away from the CPU.

Once you do that, retry the WEI and it should improve. If not, reinstall Windows.

thank you for the reply. but im still confused.. um so i only have one stick of ripjaws x 4gb 1600mhz, could this be the problem? if that's the problem will adding another ripjaws x 4gb 1600mhz and inserting it on the right slot solve this problem?

Yes, you need dual channel, 2 modules to maximize memory performance.
