This is a system for single card overclocking gaming system.
If along the way you plan on crossfiring then get a 850watt PSU.
If you are absolutely sure you won't crossfire you can get a cheaper mobo from gigabyte with just one pci-e 16x
If you don't want to overclock and wish just one gfx card, get the gigabyte cheapo, drop the cooler and get the i5 2400, drop the psu watts to 550
If you want a more credible ram feel free to pay the difference (today Team was the cheapest)
If you don't want the ssd then you can remove it. Another choice is to have your z68 caching a 30giga ssd.
If you are an nvidia fanboy get the 560ti or the 570
If you want more gaming power ditch the ssd, get a second 6950 and up your wattage to 850
