Need advice with first build

For days i kept reading and already changed few builds, untill i got the final one ( i think) and so i want to ask u if it works (everything compatible) and what do you think, advice.

Here is the list:

Motherboard: Gigabite GA-B75-D3V or ASUS P8B75-M
CPU: INTEL CORE I5-3330 3.0 GHZ or INTEL CORE I5-3350P 3.1GHZ (any other offers at some were the same price)
Graphic card: Radeon 7870 2gb
RAM: 2x Kingston 4GB DDR3
PSU:Corsair GAMING GS 600 ATX 2.31 80+(600w) or Chieftec CTG ATX 2.3 85+ (650w)
HDD: Seagate BARRACUDA 500gb

and haven't decided if i will need new cooler and pc tower.

The only thing i'm seeing is that you're looking at micro ATX boards, which is fine, but that would indicate that you might be using a micro ATX case, which could conflict with that graphics card. It's a decent length card (around 10 inches or so), so i would check your case to make sure it will clear the card. Also, i would go ahead and get a cheap tower-style cooler for the cpu so that you can cut the noise down and blow the hot air towards the rear exhaust fan(s) instead of just blowing hot air in every direction like stock HS/F tend to do. Everything else looks good though.

So i should get something like Asus P8B75-V and Cooler master Hyper 101 ( or Cooler Master evo 212)
